We are lucky to have amazing people who support us, give us advise and help us in our strategy for delivering value to Generation Success members
Generation Success is a not for profit dedicated to empowering young people of diversity to reach their career aspirations. James Adeleke founded Generation Success after witnessing the struggle that many of his contemporaries in law school faced in their careers, due to their social and economic background. He has since been a commission on a cross party supported commission into Young people and enterprise, assisted the authors of the Kenny Report in their research on Enterprise and Employability, has spoken in Parliament and City Hall on social mobility, diversity and employability maters.
Through networking events, workshops and mentorship schemes, we connect talented individuals from less privileged social backgrounds with leaders of industry and equip them with the skills necessary to access and excel in their career path of choice.
Social inequalities have a huge impact on both the careers of individuals and the diversity of your workforce. We know that there is a war on recruiting the best talent. Companies want a diverse and inclusive workforce but face barriers in archiving this. We are here to be part of the solution.
We are here to help talented individuals be the very best they can be, so that your workforce can diversify and flourish.
